How do I know a transfer has really arrived?

Paystack confirms every payment directly with QwickEat. An order only reaches your kitchen board after that confirmation.

How much does it cost?

Nothing for your first 30 days. After that, 1% of each order paid in the app, never more than ₦300 per order. No monthly fee. Paystack charges its own processing fee on in-app payments. We take nothing from your cash or POS sales. Guests never pay a QwickEat fee.

Do my guests need to download anything?

No. They scan with their camera and the menu opens in the browser.

How do guests pay?

Bank transfer, card or USSD, all through Paystack.

Can I change prices or mark something sold out?

Yes, from the owner dashboard, mid-service. Guests see it instantly.

Can guests call a waiter?

Yes, there’s a call-waiter button and the request shows up for your staff.

What do I need to get started?
